ASDANAsdan is a modular course aimed at improving basic skills. Working with others, improving own learning, problem solving , discussion and oral presentation techniques are some of the skills promoted by the course. Pupils are encouraged to work independently. Pupils have to complete 12 modules to achieve up to 3 GCSE equivalent grades at either level 1 = E/F GCSE or level 2 = B GCSE grade. The course is internally moderated with external moderation at the end of the course and there are no written examinations.
